Blogger, the last time I checked, offered only a very limited static page feature, with only a few pages allowed per blog. I knew I'd run out of pages, quickly, and that Google had a long, bad history of deleting features that Management felt hadn't been used enough, doing so on short notice and generally during the Summer, no less. People would come back from vacation, only to discover that the admins had thrown their work into the trash while they were away, and that it could not be recovered.
For that reason, I've created this thing. Functionally, it's part of the Painted Shadows blog. The posts here are used as if the were static pages on that blog, and that's where you should be, right now, if you came directly here.
When you should be here, you'll come across a link over there, that will take you directly to where you need to be. Over there, everything gets put into context. Reading this blog, on its own, would be like reading the footnotes in a book while skipping the text. You might see a few things that you're find interesting, that way, but you'll be missing out on a lot, so don't do that.
Please, head over to the parent blog, instead.
I'm going to do some black and white photography, attempting a more "painterly" style, and try not to fall on my face as I do so. No guarantees.
In real life, I've trained for a few professions that have little to nothing to do with Photography. While they do matter a great deal to me, I probably won't be talking about them, here. I might stick in a few stories, some true, some fictional, because a page of nothing but images could grow tiresome, quickly. Poetry, maybe, but I write far more prose.
